Watchlist & background checks

While no screening system is perfect, At PAP’S we train our cleaners following a 4 week program that covers our code of ethics, customer service and paint correction and protection processes. We also follow a very stringent hiring process and conduct random audits to ensure our partner operators and its rider cleaners are aligned with our contract.

Preparedness

We always run safety workshops with our Partner Cleaner upon sign up and oriented by our leading local experts and provide partner cleaners with online safety and road safety measures.

Secure payments

Our secure platform ensures your money gets to the host— That’s why we encourage our partners to use our certified payment gateways.

Account protection

We take a number of measures to safeguard your PAPS Mobile Customer Account, like requiring multi-factor authentication when a login is attempted from a new phone or computer and sending you account alerts when changes are made.

Scam prevention

All transactions whether it maybe be PAP’S Services or payment are only done through our app, website and assigned mobile. We are not liable for any damages if transactions are done directly to our partner operators without using the PAP’S APP, Website or assigned mobile. Pay and communicate directly through the PAPS Mobile Carwash certified Partner Cleaner, or through our website or app. As long as you pay through our gateway throughout the entire process—from communication, to booking, to payment—you’re protected by our multi-layer defense strategy.
